  • Condition: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible products.
  • Custom Products: Custom-built bikes and personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Methods

Products may be returned using one of the following methods:

  • In-Store: Return the item directly at our physical location.
  • Drop-Off: Contact us and we will provide a nearby authorized drop-off location.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

3. Return Authorization

Please contact our support team to initiate a return. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued if your return meets the criteria. This number must be clearly displayed on your return package.

4. Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all non-defective returned items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos or documentation may be required for verification before approval of a refund or exchange.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the return was due to our error.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products, opened and damaged items not covered by warranty, or items purchased from unauthorized resellers are non-returnable.
  • Service charges such as bike assembly, customization, or labor fees are non-refundable unless the service was not rendered as agreed.
